We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines when and how returns are accepted.

1) Eligibility Window

Return requests must be made within 7 calendar days of delivery (based on courier tracking).

2) Conditions for Return

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories/manuals included.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

3) Non-Returnable Items

Consumables (e.g., batteries once opened), software/licenses, downloadable/digital items, custom orders, and items marked “Clearance/Final Sale” are not returnable unless defective on arrival.

4) Defective or Wrong Item Received

If an item is defective on arrival (DOA) or you received the wrong item, notify us within 7 days with photos/video.
We will provide a prepaid return label or arrange a pickup where available.

5) Return Process

Email admin@circuitcorners.com
with your order number and reason for return.
Wait for our Return Authorization (RMA) and instructions.
Pack the item securely and send it back using the provided instructions.

6) Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days (processing time may vary by bank).
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7) Exchanges

Exchanges depend on stock availability. If unavailable, we will process a refund per Section 6.

8) Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns, customers bear return shipping.
For defective/wrong items, we cover reasonable return shipping as advised in the RMA.
This policy complies with standard Malaysian consumer protections and does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law.
